About Jen Clarke
Helping one step at a time.
it’s great to know a little about the coach you are working with, so here are some fun facts about me!
I am happily married to an awesome man and feel blessed to live on the beautiful sunny Central Coast of NSW. I am the mother of 4 boys, who all think I am a little strange and just wish I was normal ( but that is never going to happen). I have a warped sense of humour and have been known to be inappropriate on occasions, as I love to laugh, truly believing that laughter is medicine.
I am passionate about the environment, recycling, reusing and reducing waste and plan to leave this world a better place when I depart. As an absolute nature lover I believe in the healing ability of spending time barefoot in nature, ensuring I get my daily dose of healing energy from beach walking with my gorgeous dog every day.
I truly believe what you eat, drink and think matters and that your thoughts become things!!!!! I advocate that we are capable of healing from anything, there are a plethora of alternate health options to research and instigate, so information and healing is literally at our fingertips.
my journey to tapping
I have been a practising physiotherapist for almost 30 years. I have always been passionate about learning, I just love to learn, and have always been open to learning new and wonderful things and curious about everything this amazing universe has to offer. Losing a loved one to cancer set me on a journey of discovery about natural health, and health challenges in my fourth son led me to find energy medicine. I studied and qualified as a NAET (Energy balancing) practitioner in 2009. This technique combines kinesiology with stimulation of energy meridians to treat imbalances that result in allergies and health challenges to return the body to homeostasis.
In 2013 a gorgeous cousin took me along to a Hay House conference called the “I Can Do It” conference. This weekend of a lifetime introduced me to a whole new world of possibilities as we experienced the sheer joy of listening to the late Wayne Dyer’s wisdom, and the incredible teachings of the visionary Dr Joe Dispenza about how you can change your life by changing your beliefs. Our last speaker was the vibrant Nick Ortner, the modern face of Tapping. He introduced me to a totally new concept called EFT or tapping. The one minute wonders ( miracle results after 15 minutes of tapping with members of the audience), tweaked my curiosity so I decided to research and learn this weird and wonderful technique. I qualified as an EFT practitioner in 2015 .Tapping is all about letting go of what no longer serves you and changing your beliefs, this results in healing imbalances in the body and the mind and creates a better life by no longer making the same unconscious choices that were programmed by past traumas.Learning, growing and changing is just part of my journey, and EFT is the perfect fit for me. If you are seeking a way to let go of fear and make more room for love, joy and our natural state of happiness, then EFT is for you too.
Tapping and NAET are vital therapies to my health and well-being. Tapping enhances my ability to work with emotional worries more easily, reducing and removing the stress caused to my mind and body. NAET works on my physical body, eliminating toxins and allergies and so many elements detrimental to my health. Both treatments have enabled me to live a healthy and full life despite having MS for many years. I don’t know where I would be without these treatments. And I am so grateful that Jen Clarke is my practitioner as she is so empathetic, intuitive and amazing. I come away every time feeling blessed, healed, knowing that everything is right on track!
